With over 25 years of experience in wakes, funerals, and end-of-life celebrations, we offer a variety of options to ensure your event is handled with care and respect.

Our Services Include

Private Bar: Enjoy exclusive use of our bar facilities.

Club Facilities: Access all club amenities, including gardens and outdoor spaces.

Background Music: Choose from a range of music options, whether it's a slice of old-school crooners or something more upbeat, to break the silence and set the right tone.

Slide Show: Reflect on happier times by creating a slide show. Simply load a memory stick with pictures in JPEG format, and we will play it on a large screen TV in the main room for everyone to enjoy.

Room Hire

When our catering is used we offer white overlays on all tables. Fresh linen on the buffet table along side correct plates and cutlery & Crisp napkins ( No plastic or paper)

Buffet per person, including hot and cold food, both modern and traditional. With options for vegetarians. Alergies vegans, and gluten-free diets are caterd for seperatly.

Afternoon Tea per person, featuring a traditional selection of sandwiches, cakes, scones, jam, clotted cream, and English butter. You can decide if you prefer Devon or Cornish style (jam on top or bottom). Maximum of 60 people.

Tea and Coffee for a full urn or for a half urn, providing 60/30 breakfast cups or mugs of piping hot beverages—no lukewarm drinks from flasks.

This will include a wide selection of different teas and coffee.

Additional Services

Room Decorations: We offer full room decorations, including tables, runners, chairs, and sashes to make the day more bespoke.

Own Catering: You are welcome to bring your own caterers, provided they clean and clear the space before leaving.

We are here to assist you and make the day as stress-free and smooth as possible. Our team can offer advice and direction on most things, from pricing and calculating numbers for the buffet to advising on the best way to cater for drinks on arrival, first drinks, or an open bar, including how to set limits.

Cheese and Spring Onion: A mix of mild and strong cheddar, with fresh cut spring onions, with smooth mayonnaise, on soft white bread.

Lightly Salted Ham: Slender pieces of cured ham, folded onto soft white bread.

Chicken and Cucumber: Thin slices of chicken with crisp cucumber, on fresh white bread.

Roast Beef: Thin sliced English beef lightly salted with mild red onion garnish.

Classic Egg & Cress: Freshly cooked eggs diced in a creamy mayonnaise topped with freshly cut cress on soft brown bread.

Tuna & Sweat Corn Melt: A creamy tuna melt combined with sweet corn on soft brown bread.

Hot Food Section

Chinese Chicken Bites: Lightly spiced crispy chicken bites, topped with fresh cut spring onions.

Swedish Meat Balls: Lightly steamed meat balls coated with sweet chilli sauce and freshly cut spring onions.

Chinese Spring Rolls: Crispy spring rolls served hot with garnish. (V)

Crisp Indian Samosas: Hot Crispy samosas served with garnish (V)

Onion Ring`s: Golden Crisp, and lightly battered medium sized onion rings. (V)

Sausage Rolls: Medium size sausage or Cheese roll. (+V)

Classic Quiche Flan: Classic quiche Lorain bacon and onion, or Mediterranean (V)

Ham platter: Thin slices of breaded ham rolled and served with garnish.

Nacho`s: Crunchy nacho`s served with mild spicy salsa dip.

Companion Platter: Holding fresh baby tomatoes, red grapes, green grapes, silver cocktail onions. (V)

Dip selection: Sweet chilli sauce, Humus Mint yogurt Dip. (V)

Pasta Salad: Home-made Pasta twists with, mixed olives, crisp sweet peppers red onions, sundried tomato char grilled peppers (V)

Fresh Tea and Coffee is available to purchase from the bar.
